Whateveronedoes,oneshoulddoitwithconfidence.Ifonehasnoconfidence,thereislittlepossibilitythatonecanachieveanythingwhenfacedwithhardships.Thistruthseemstobeself-evident.Inreality,however,wedoseealotofpeoplewhoalwayscomplainthattheylacktheabilitytodosomethingorthattheirdifficultiesaretoogreattoovercomes.Forsome,thismightbetrue.Butformanyothers,thisonlyshowsthattheyhavelostheart.Whydosomepeopleoftenfeelfrustratedeventhoughtheyarecapableofdoingsomething?Ithinktherearetwomainreasons.First,thesepeopledon'thaveacorrectestimateofthemselves.Second,thereisanotherpossibilitythattheyoverestimatethedifficulties.
Inmyopinion,onenightbuildupfaithinoneselfaslongasarightattitudetowardshisownabilities.Weshouldneitherunderestimatenoroverestimateourabilities.Asaproverbsays,"Wherethereisawill,thereisaway."Withconfidencewecancertainlycopewithanytaskwearefacedwith."
Itiswell-knownthatweexistinadynamicworldwithvariousdifficulties.Whenwearefacedwiththem,nothingismoreimportantthanhopeandself-confidence.Withconfidence,wecanfindsometimesthequestionisnotas“huge”asweimagine.
Takemostofusforexample,theentranceexamtocollegeseemstobeahorriblemonster.
Accordingly,somepeoplegiveup,somepersist.Inmyeyes,withconfidence,rightassessmentofthedifficulties,aswellasfullpreparation,tryandexertyourstrength,andthenwewillovercomeallproblemsandchallenges.
Onthewhole,Ibelieveweyoungstersshouldfacethedifficultiesinrightmanner.Andnothingisimpossible,braveitoutandjustdoit!
