不必做一夜成名的准备。在这个充满喧嚣和骚动的年代，一夜成名的故事似乎越来越多，越来越真。殊不知，这是自欺，也是欺人。哪里有一夜成名?谁谁一夜成名了?简直不靠谱!超女、快男、星光大道，选秀之前，人家唱了多少夜?跳了多少夜?熬了多少夜?你想过吗?那些被我们称作这个“星”那个“星”的，不是一夜成名，而是名字在一个晚上被我们知道。所以，要做一辈子默默无闻的准备，不要做一下子家喻户晓的准备。也许，踏踏实实，诚诚恳恳，修炼了相应的品德、气质和能耐，还有声名鹊起的希望。
不必做一路顺风的准备。须知漫漫人生路，顺境少，逆境多，成功少，失败多，这就像江河行地、日月经天一样正常自然。生活中，迷惘、碰壁、坎坷、灾难种种，常常不期而至，还可能是一串串地来，挡也挡不住，拦也拦不了。哪里有什么一路顺风呢?既然这样，那就让它来吧。不逃避，不抱怨，更不放弃。尽心竭力，也就无怨无悔。
不必做一生长久的准备。这世上哪里有永恒不变的东西呢?春夏秋冬、生老病死，是生命必须的经历。我们渴望亲情常在，可父母、配偶和孩子，这些连着血脉的至亲至爱，抑或是我们陪他们一程，或是他们陪我们一程，而决无一生一世、天长地久。至于朋友、搭档和熟人，更是聚少离多，合少分多，还有可能背信弃义、分道扬镳，又哪敢奢望长长久久?我们唯一能做的，就是好好珍惜，好好把握。而不要等变故了，错过了，失去了，才来懊恼。
