外面下着大雨，我坐在凳子上无聊得玩着，“相信自己，你能行”。这是楼下传来的声音，我记忆犹新地回忆了起来。
那学期下旬，我非常地想要一双鞋底在发亮的鞋，因为我同学都有这双鞋。于是那天我终于鼓足勇气对妈妈说：“妈妈，我……我想要一双鞋，你给我买一双吧!”只见妈妈犹豫地想了想说：“行啊，只要你这学期期末考试每科能上95分我就给你买。”这句话激起了我的奋斗心，从此每天回家我就在家读书、复习。那天，我很紧张，因为马上就要考试了，我很担心考不好，就得不到我心爱的鞋了。我一回到家就读书，吞吞吐吐的，很不自然，像要参加什么大赛似的，我带着激动的心情读着，读语文时我就跑到阳台上读，那时住在二楼，楼下有许多人来来往往。忽然，一位叔叔，他微笑着，用鼓励的语气说：“相信自己，你能行!”震惊了我，我一眼望去，他却走了，望着他的背影，我感动极了，情不自禁地说：“我会的，谢谢叔叔。”听了这句话，我有些不紧张了，快乐的读着书。终于，“只要功夫深铁杵磨成针”我终于如愿以偿得到了双百分。我高兴得手舞足蹈，但由于时间的关系，我又不想要那双鞋了，看到期末考试的分数，我甜甜的笑了。
一位叔叔的话让我得到了我以为得不到的东西，是他让我懂得“只要功夫深铁杵磨成针”的道理。我要由衷得感谢那位叔叔!
