成年人了，还得当家里的寄生虫;家里给的生活费，大部分都花消在吃饭以外的事情上;上大学，应该好好学习，还是像大部分同学心想的那样——只是拿那张纸?其实在大学里就已经有了很多社会上的丑恶现象，而自己还不得不学习适应! 上完大学以后自己会何去何从?应该说，不同地区，不同学校，这个话题是不一样的，但大家较为关注的就是近两年由于美国次贷危机波及而引发的中国大学生就业难的问题。
其实，我发现很多的大学生之所以大叫就业难，很大一部分原因是其眼高手低，也许有些话不中听，但这却是事实。举个例子，现在一些工厂在大批量的招收普工，甚至还包吃包住，加上加班费或奖金等，一个月下来有近两千块的收入。这时问题就来了，大学生考虑的是，要做普工，我初中毕业就去了，花了这么多年上高中上大学甚至考研，时间和钱都花了多少?难道大学毕业后我还和别人初中毕业一样干普工?大家都想当白领，或者创业当个小老板，可就是没人想过普工这样的岗位，很多人是因为没有饿过肚子，当他们尝过吃不饱睡不暖的滋味时，也许就不会再带有这样的情绪来看待普工了，虽然累些，但毕业不是难度很高的技术活，只要进厂几天就能掌握操作技能，可是一个月两千块的收入却是实实在在的，而就算有些人当上白领，也只是领个一千五左右的薪资，还要自己包吃住，到最后，其实反而是在他们眼中低等的工种，既能解决温饱，又能小有积蓄，而成为白领的人们，去掉吃住，实在是没有多少闲钱，如果有抽烟喝酒的哥们，那月光族就是他们的长期代称了!心里的这个坎，过不去，好面子，那就等些饿肚子吧～
找不到工作就是找不到工作，别说你觉得那公司不好，在面试中把对方刷掉(其实是自己被刷)。当不了白领也别强求，普工没什么不好，甚至可以更加的磨练自己，成就坚韧的性格。
次贷危机波及中国，没倒的企业招人都要求要有两三年经验了，它们已经没财力，也没有人力物力来经过不算短的一段时间来重新培养一个人才了，这很现实。想当个表面风光，而难以温饱的白领，还是放下身段，踏踏实实的干一段时间既可解决温饱(也许条件与环境差点)又能让你小有积蓄的普工，就要看你有没有跃过心里的那道坎了!
就业，其实不难!难的是无法跃过自己心中的那道坎!
