问题在于还有部分孩子的小手还是不肯举起来。这是我很担心的事情。为此，我进行了反思，到底是什么原因导致部分孩子的小手不愿意举起来的呢?
“……我们的好朋友当当他只有一个人，觉得很孤单，但是他又不好意思跟小朋友说他不开心，他很孤单，如果你愿意做他的好朋友，你会怎么照顾当当呢?请小朋友举手来回答!”这时候有好多小朋友都把手举得高高的，都想第一个说，看见这样的情景，我心里很高兴!他们很有爱心，他们的小脑袋转起来了!可是我又在这同时，看见了还有部分孩子的手不敢举起来，在下面放的好好的。我没有说话，先请举手的孩子一个一个地说出他们心中想说的话，后面，我就带着微笑，亲亲地叫到了我们班不举手的其中一个孩子，我问他：“你愿意做当当的朋友吗?”只见他点点头，“那你准备怎么照顾当当呢?”“我陪他玩玩具!”他很小心翼翼地说。听见他的回答，我乘机马上鼓励了他一下“你真好!真有爱心!我替当当谢谢你!如果你下次举手回答问题的话，当当会更加喜欢你的哦!”我用肯定的眼光以及微笑，跟他说了一句“你很棒!老师相信你!”他只是点点头，但是我知道他明白了我的意思!第二个问题问大家的时候，他听的可仔细啦!我一说完，他就“唰”的一下，手举得高高的!那我就要请他回答了!结果他回答的很不错!第二个问题，我没有落下任何一个孩子的答案!到最后，我微笑地向孩子们说：“你们可真棒啊!魔力喜欢举手动脑筋的小朋友，今天举手的孩子魔力会给他更多的能量，因为他们动脑筋了哦!千万不能偷懒哦”孩子们都笑了。
对孩子的鼓励，不一定必须用语言表现出来。老师满意信任的目光，亲切喜悦的笑脸，都会给孩子带来力量。他们从老师的表情中知道自己做对了，“啊，我进步了老师多高兴呀。”于是孩子在盘算着，怎样让老师更高兴，不用你唠唠叨叨的数落孩子，他们自己会给自己提出进一步的要求，这样孩子会在鼓励声中一步步向更高的水平攀登。
